Our garments have a regular fit. For each product, you'll find specific information in the description (slim fit, regular fit, oversized).

Can I change the size if I order the wrong size?

Yes, we accept size exchanges within 30 days of purchase. The product must be in its original condition with tags.

What materials do you use?

We use only high-quality materials: organic cotton, merino wool, and technical fabrics. The composition is always indicated on the product page.

Are your products sustainable?

Yes, we favor eco-friendly materials and sustainable production processes. Many of our garments are OEKO-TEX certified.

How can I verify authenticity?

All our products are original and come directly from our ideas. Each item has original labels and certifications.

Care and Maintenance

How should I wash the products?

Always follow the instructions on the care label. Generally: wash at 30°C, do not spin, air dry. For delicate items, we recommend hand washing.

Can I iron your clothes?

Yes, but always check the care label. Use moderate heat and, for delicate fabrics, iron inside out or with a protective cloth.

Availability and Reorders

When does a sold-out product become available again?

Reorder times vary from 2 to 6 weeks. Sign up for notifications on the product page to be notified when it's back in stock.

Can I pre-order a product?

We offer pre-orders for some products. You'll find this option on the product page with estimated delivery times. Or, email us and we'll make sure to order it for you.

Warranty and Defects

What guarantee do the products have?

All products are guaranteed for 24 months against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage due to misuse.

What do I do if I find a defect?

Contact us immediately with a photo of the defect. We will replace or refund the item according to the legal guarantee.
